In 2004, I graduated with a certification in Massage Therapy and Bodywork through the Associates of Integrative Health located in Bloomington Indiana.

My schooling consisted of 250 hours of Anatomy & Physiology, as well as 150 hours of clinic time and 100 hours of outreach massage in the Bloomington Community, for a total of 500 credited hours.

On March 13, 2008.  I received my certification for Sports Massage from The Institute for Integrative Healthcare Studies.

In June of 2008 I completed all levels of Kinesio Taping training and I am now a Certified Kinesio Taping Praticitioner.

Through relaxation and balance, I believe that massage takes care of the body, mind, and soul.
