Swedish Massage 

             Considered the most common type, this involves long strokes, kneading, and other techniques on the more superficial muscle layers, along with active and passive joint movement.  It aims to improve blood circulation and range of motion and to relieve muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Massage:

         Designed to release tension by administering slow strokes and deep finger pressure, deep tissue is so named because it focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.  The strokes and pressure either follow or go across the grain of muscles and tendons.

Share Care (Cranial Sacral Therapy): 

         The basic concepts and techniques that can be used to help during times of stress, pain and illness.  Share care is the done by using your Inner physician, Palpation, Light Forces, Craniosacral Rhythm, Still Point, and Direction of Energy (V-Spread).

Pressure Point Therapy: 

          By using Trigger points your able to relieve a local pain or pain in a distant referral zone.  Trigger points may be able to be relieved manually with ischemic compression techniques, deep friction, deep stripping, and stretching.

Sports Massage: 

          Focuses warming up an athlete to reach optimal performance, reducing soreness after a workout, or helping to rehabilitate injured muscles.

Isolated Stretching:

         To improve flexibility and help alleviate problems associated with over-use injuries, such as carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, lower-back problems and other ailments resulting in lack of flexibility.

Prenatal & Postnatal Massage:   

        Can help with the aches and pains you experience as your body changes during pregnancy.  Relieves pain in your muscles and joints, increases flexibility, reduces excess fluid retention by gently pushing fluid into circulation where it can be eliminated, slows the progress of varicose veins.  Relieves headaches caused by tension, constipation, or buildup of metabolic waste products.

Hot Stone: 

       Can be effective in relaxing both body and mind.  The penetrating heat of the stones begins to elicit deep relaxation almost immediately, soothing the nervous system and melting the effects of stress.  Mucsle tension eases under the pressure of the stones allowing circulation to increase.  

Ear Candling: 

       Is an effective way to totally cleanse your ears.  By using a hollow candle coated with wax and lighting the candle, a gentle vacum is created that will soften and dislodge wax and debris, pulling it out of the ear canal.

Crystal Balancing

      Crystals with their brilliant color and unique structures may help bring balance to the chakra system

Herbal Body Wrap: 

      Its purpose is to raise the body core temperature and increase perspiration which aids in releasing impurities from your system.  An herbal wrap also helps sore, aching muscles and relaxes muscular tension which may be causing pain.  Due to the nature of being wrapped and lying quietly during the treatment, a state of total relaxation will be reached by most individuals.

Kinesio Taping:

         Kinesio Taping is a therapeutic taping technique not only offering you the support you'r looking forbut also actually rehabilitation the affected condition as well.  Using a highly specific tape design that works with the body, allowing full ROM, Kinesio Taping will not affect bio-mechanics.  Kinesio Tape is Latex-free and is safe for sensitive skin and for populations ranging from pediatric to geriatric.  There is no compression on the skin, making it "light to the feel" and allowing comfortable wear over a 3-5 day period.  Its water resistant fabric wicks away moisture and allows a person to bathe or even swim as usual.  Lymph and blood circulation are facilitated in order to rehabilitate and relieve pain.  It is used for virtually all clinical conditions.
